Nikki Fuller won the first show Miss Fuller, or should we say Ms. Olympia ever entered, which was the 1988 Novice Oregon, and two weeks later competed again in Seattle's very coveted regional event of the Emerald Cup! Nikki Fuller took third to 2 returning national level competitors and was more than inspired after that to take competition more seriously! Nikki Fuller met someone by the name of Steve Wennerstrom, and he arranged for me to meet with Bill Jentz of Women's Physique World! In Nikki Fuiler's own words "I really feel that if Steve hadn't been so persuasive about my next contest goal that I may have stopped after winning in Oregon." And Nikki Fuller was right!
Nikki Fuller began competing in the next year and took home the regional trophy and began to prepare for the nationals. Nikki Fuller bodybuilder of Hollywood bungled her national pre contest season with business affairs and became distracted by the opening of a second business while trying to get ready for the USA's. Needless to say, Nikki Fuller lost her true focus, came in second place and had to try the North American! Nikki Fuller feminine grace and poise and Hollywood Hottie status still had not reached her Hollywood Hottie target and came in just short of first place again with another silver! This time the Hollywood celebrity fitness bodybuilder had three more weeks (each show was about three weeks apart), and Nikii Fuller was determined to get it right this time! Nikki Fuller had carb depleted for more than 7 weeks and ran my cardio up to four hours a day and two hours off isometric posing! This was just the trick to get Nikki Fuller's premature muscle maturity to come in sooner and look as tight as someone who had competed for several years longer than Nikki Fuller! As Nikki Fuller says, "After all I won the Nationals, but within only two years of beginning to train with weights! I had to gain maturity and fast if I would do well at all in the Pro ranks!"

Just when you thought that nothing to do with the death of Anna Nicole Smith could shock you any more, along comes a book claiming that Larry Birkhead and Howard K Stern were secret deal-cutting gay lovers all along. Was there a little mud on their helmuts? Well now that you mention it both of these guys are a little femmy.
In a new book called Blonde Ambition (not the Reese Witherspoon movie): The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death, former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby alleges that Larry Birkhead and Howard K Stern, the two people who fought so bitterly over the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn, were gay lovers who secretly agreed that Stern would be named as the executor of Anna Nicole Smith’s estate so long as Larry Birkhead could have her daughter. Larry Birkhead has denied these allegations and has threatened to sue Rita Cosby for printing them but you have to agree that, true or false, this story is way more interesting than, say, Brad Pitt blithering on about wanting more kids.
“Sordid passages in the soon-to-be released book by former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby describe how Anna Nicole and her friend allegedly caught Stern and Birkhead with their shirts off and their pants around their ankles in a Los Angeles home. Jackie Hatten, described in the book as one of Anna Nicole’s closest friends, said the men were engaged in oral sex. “Their bodies were intermingled,” Hatten says, according to a copy of the book obtained by the Daily News. “It was obvious what was happening.” Maybe they will innocently waxing each others’ backs or pubic region?
“None of it is true,” Birkhead told The News. “I’m gonna sue Rita Cosby for it.” Birkhead said he was disgusted by Cosby’s claim that he and Stern were gay lovers. “If she printed that then she is really getting sued,” Birkhead yelled. “My attorneys are going after her and that is absolutely false. And I am sure Howard and the estate and everyone else involved is going to sue her too. This is just nonsense.” Oh My Gaaaahd!

Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon 2007
Showman Jerry Lewis raised nearly $64 million on Monday during his annual Labor Day Telethon to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association, topping last year’s event by $3 million.
“We did it. We did it. I got my buck more. And more. We can go shopping,” a jubilant Lewis said as the tote board topped $63.7 million for his 42nd telethon. Last year’s record was $61 million. As in the past, the International Association of Fire Fighters anchored the donations from local fill-the-boot drives with $25.2 million, eclipsing last year’s $23.5 million. “Whoa, whoa firefighters. They’re all my heroes every firefighter you see,” Lewis said.
The telecast has raised $1.46 billion to fight the disease since it began in 1966 on a single television station in New York City. This year’s telecast was carried by 190 stations in the United States and Canada and carried worldwide on the Internet.

White was the dress code at a star-saturated party thrown by Sean “Diddy” Combs at his Long Island home, and the dress code was strictly enforced. The hip-hop mogul’s annual White Party, which he has held in St. Tropez in recent years, featured a white carpet to go along with the white dress code.
“This party is up there with the top three that I’ve thrown,” Combs said. “It’s a party that has legendary status. It’s hard to throw a party that lives up to its legend.”

1. Change is good!
Jessica Biel's trainer, Jason Walsh, likes to keep his client mentally stimulated. "I'm a big advocate of recreational sports and stuff. If someone can get out there, even if it's a hike or something like that, just to break up the monotony of going to the gym...I really like that."
2. Hard work is even better.
According to Walsh, Biel's workouts are intense. "We do full body movements. You are pretty much using as many muscles at once, which in turn will jack that heart rate up."
3. Food is not the enemy.
If you're out and about as Walsh recommends, you need snacks and drinks to give you sustained energy. He suggests "really organic and clean foods, all natural, like nuts." Also, "an amino acid drink, so that you're not burning up a lot of your muscle, or protein."
4. Everything old is new again.
Walsh loves to use medicine balls with his intermediate to advanced level clients. "Get a medicine ball and do a lunge with a twist while you are holding the ball. Those are great. You are activating so many muscles at once, and you are using those muscles over so many different plains."
5. Healthy meals can be tasty.
Harley Pasternak, who works with Eva Mendes and Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl, taught both of the actresses how to cook meals with some easy, healthy substitutions. "Breakfast would be whole grain bread French toast with egg whites and cinnamon. For a mid-morning snack, they'd do a mixed-berry protein shake. Lunch might be sweet potato tuna melt. An afternoon snack might be hummus with celery sticks. Dinner would be spaghetti and meatballs with spaghetti squash and meatballs made of turkey or chicken breast."
6. Just because it's trendy doesn't mean it works.
Pasternak doesn't do yoga or pilates with his clients. "Those are great forms of exercise for stability and balance, but neither one of those is going to change your body dramatically like training with weights does."
7. The "F" word is not all bad.
Rachel McAdams' trainer, Jerry Owen, says, "The biggest problem is that people are fat phobic. It¹s clinically proven that we need healthy fat in our diets. You need to eat a balanced diet but not be afraid of fat, like Omega 3 fatty acids like walnuts, olive oil and even coconut oil."
8. Focus on your whole body - not just problem areas.
Owens tells Us the best way to lose weight and tone up is "to blend nutrition, exercise, and physical therapy. The body responds better. People get too wrapped up in doing isolated movement, like being very body part specific."
9. All cardio and no lifting makes for bad workouts.
"People get too cardio-crazy and need to do more weight lifting," says Owens. He explains that for many people on elliptical machines, "their heart Rate is about the same as if they were shopping around a mall."
10. Everybody needs a break.
Owens delivers the best news possible: working out for more than an hour is a "waste of time." He suggests gym-goers "take one to two days off a week: have a massage, make sure you get plenty of rest. The muscles actually change when they're recovering."
